Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and VFM NOVA.
Quotes and prices
Prices and calculator results on this website are starting estimates. Your written quote sets out the final scope and price, and it's what applies to your project.
Your project
You agree to give us the information and approvals we need, and you confirm you have the right to use any material you give us. Work outside the written scope may cost extra, and we'll agree on any extra cost with you first.
Previews, changes and approval
We show you your work on a private preview that we host. Your price includes two rounds of changes, and each round is one combined list of changes. More rounds, or changes outside the written scope, may cost extra, and we'll agree on any extra cost with you first.
Please reply to each preview within 5 business days. If we don't hear from you, we may pause your project, and delivery times move back. Restarting a paused project may involve the restart fee in your quote. We won't put your site live without your written approval.
Payment
Payment terms are explained in your quote and our refund and cancellation policy. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Handoff and ownership
Your site stays on our private preview until you've approved it and paid in full. Then we connect your web address, put your site live and hand over what's yours. Once you've paid in full, the website content and design we create for you are yours. Your web address and your business content stay yours. Third-party software, templates and services remain subject to their own licenses.
Web addresses
If you ask us to buy a web address, we register it in your name. The purchase cost is passed on at what we pay, and yearly renewals are your responsibility unless your plan says otherwise. Availability isn't guaranteed until it's purchased.
AI assistants and automatic tools
AI assistants can make mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing how yours is set up and for decisions made using its answers. They aren't a substitute for professional, legal or medical advice.
Third-party services
Your project may rely on outside services for hosting, payments, scheduling or AI, and their fees and availability are outside our control.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. We can't guarantee specific search rankings, sales or revenue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where VFM NOVA is based. Last updated: November 3, 2026.
