I don't know anything about tech. Is that a problem?
No, that's who we built this for. We'll explain anything you need to decide in plain English and handle the rest.
What's the difference between template and custom?
A template starts from a design we've already made and gets adapted to your business, so it costs less. Custom is designed from scratch around your brand.
Can I do this without any calls?
Yes. Choose no-call delivery on the project page, answer the questions, and we'll handle everything by email. Rush delivery is available for 25% more. Delivery times start once we have your deposit and everything we need.
Can you get my site set up on search engines?
Yes. Search Engine Setup is $299 one time, with or without a new website. We check your site and set it up for Google, Bing, Yandex, Yahoo and DuckDuckGo, fix what's blocking them, and send you a report. Search engines decide what to show, so we can't guarantee rankings.
Can you buy my web address for me?
Yes. For $149, we buy it in your name and set up everything it needs. The web address cost is added at what we pay, and you'll see it on your quote before you decide. This add-on and that cost aren't refundable once it's purchased, and yearly renewals stay yours.
What do I get when my site is finished?
Every project includes a welcome pack by email with your site guide, web address and renewal details, brand sheet and next steps. Prefer it by mail? For $99, shipping included, we'll send it in a printed, branded folder with your paid invoice. Passwords are never included, and we share your logins separately.
Will I see my site before I pay the rest?
Yes. You pay a 50% deposit to start, then review your work on a private preview. Two rounds of changes are included. Once you approve it, you pay the rest, and we put your site live and hand over what's yours.
How do I pay?
Securely online by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer. You pay a 50% deposit to start, and the rest before your site goes live. Care plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time. See our refund policy.
Can you build it faster?
Yes, subject to availability. Rush adds 25% and takes about half the standard time. Expedited adds 50% and takes about a third. Emergency adds 100% and takes about a fifth. We'll confirm your date in writing, and the time starts once we have your deposit and everything we need.
How do discount codes work?
Our own codes give you 30% off your setup price, up to $750 off. Affiliate codes give you 15% off. Through January 1, 2027, new customers can take 15% off with code HOLIDAY. You can use one code per project, codes can't be combined, and they don't apply to monthly care plans, VFM Engine, web address setup or the printed folder.

Yes. Business Starter helps with your name, logo, web address, email and online profiles, and it gives you a checklist for what comes next. We don't give legal or tax advice, so check registration and licensing requirements with your local government or a professional.
Can I start small and add things later?
Yes. You can start with a website and add booking or an assistant whenever you're ready.
Do you work with businesses outside my area?
