What you send through our project, affiliate, payout and support forms or booking calendar, such as your name, business name, contact details, business links and project details.
Billing details when you pay. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe, our payment provider, and we don't store them.
Materials you give us for your project, such as logos, photos and text.

How we use it

To reply to you, provide quotes, deliver and support your project, send invoices and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as our website host, Google (forms, calendar, email and the web fonts this site loads, which share your IP address with Google) Telegram (short internal alerts about new orders, such as a business name and appointment time) and our payment provider (Stripe), or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the purposes above, including tax and accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information through our support page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
