Refund and cancellation policy

Deposits

Projects start with a 50% deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable until we begin work on your project. Once work has started, it's refundable only for the part of the work we haven't done.

Final payment

You review your work on a private preview first. Once you approve it in writing, the remaining balance is due before your site or system goes live, and before we connect your web address or hand anything over. Finished and approved work isn't refundable.

Web address setup

If we buy a web address for you, the $149 setup fee and the web address cost aren't refundable once it's purchased. You'll see both on your quote first. It's registered in your name, and yearly renewals are yours.

Printed welcome folder

The $99 folder, including shipping, is refundable until we send it to print.

Care plans

Care plans are billed monthly. You can cancel any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. We don't refund partial months.

VFM Engine

VFM Engine is billed monthly. You can cancel any time, and you won't be charged again. Past months aren't refunded, and results aren't guaranteed.

Discount codes

VFM NOVA's own codes give 30% off your setup price, up to $750 off. Affiliate codes give 15% off your setup price. Code HOLIDAY gives new customers 15% off your setup price through 11:59 pm Pacific on January 1, 2027. You can use one code per project, and codes can't be combined with each other or other offers. Unless a code's own terms say otherwise, they don't apply to care plans, VFM Engine, web address setup or the printed folder. Codes have no cash value and are one per business.
