Program rules
When does a referral count?
The client must be new to us and use your code or link within 60 days. Only one code can be used per project and codes can't be combined, so if a client uses a different code, such as a flyer code, it isn't a referral. If two people refer the same client, the first recorded referral counts.
When can I claim my earnings?
14 days after your client's payment has cleared, as long as nothing is refunded or disputed. For a project, that means the final payment. Monthly plan commissions become available the same way. Send a claim below, and we review every one. The first time one is approved, we'll help you set up an account to receive your earnings. Approved earnings go out once a month.
What if a client gets a refund?
No commission is owed on refunded amounts. If a refund comes after you've been paid, we can deduct it from later commissions.
What am I not allowed to do?
No spam, cold texts or misleading claims. Don't promise results, prices or discounts we haven't published, don't pretend to work for VFM NOVA, and don't refer yourself.
Do I have to tell people I earn a commission?
Yes. Say clearly that you may earn a commission whenever you recommend us. It's required by advertising rules in many places, including the FTC's in the US.
Are there tax forms?
We may need tax details from you before paying commissions, such as a W-9 in the US. You're responsible for tax on what you earn.
Can the program change?
Yes. We can change or end it, or remove an affiliate who breaks these rules. Commissions you've already earned under the rules above will still be paid.
